TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
_ Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel via our system or via e-mail: infomissnailsdk@gmail.com
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES
_ 1° If you arrive up to 10 min. late, we will do our best to complete your treatment within the remaining time.
_ 2° If you are more than 10 min. late, your appointment may unfortunately be canceled as “No-show” to keep the schedule on track for other clients. And you will be charged the full amount.
_ 3° For "NO-SHOW" events and cancellations made at the last minute, the full amount for your treatment will be invoiced.
_ 4° If you need to cancel your appointment due to medical reasons or illness, and it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a 50% invoice will be charged for the treatment.
_ 5° Invoices must be settled within 10 days.
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date the case may be forwarded to external debt collection (Inkasso), but we always prefer to resolve matters directly with our customers.
_ 6° All our customers receive a reminder via SMS or mail 26hrs before their appointment.
_ 7° By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms, which help us maintain a well-organized service and provide the best experience for everyone.
